This Company United Debt Solutions is total rip off company. My Wife Melissa went with this company to help use with are bills. We were falling more and more behind on are bills and she thought this company would help. They seemed very nice on the phone so she decided to go with them. They sent use the info about the company and we agree from them to take 333 dollars out each month what they called saving to work with are creditor to pay them off.

They claim they can save you 50% to 70% on your bills whitch is total lie. We sent all the letter to are crediters like the direction say. After about four month of paying United Debt Solutions we got littler from are creditors and law firms asking for all the money up front. We starting thinking and called United Debt Solutions. Several messages we left on there machine never got call back. So I took all the money out off the account and once they tryed to pull the money out of are account they finaly called.

We explain to them every thing and said up front they have not made any contact with are creditors. They seemed to play kinda dum regarding the hole things told use to send it letter to them canceling our service. We went the letter but got it returned back to use saying there forwarding address has expired and post office can not send it. With mad me mad.

Next month they tryed to take the money out again got call asking for the money. My wife told them to talk with me so I called three times even tryed going to operator and that was even message. They do not return your call only call you asking for money. Today we got letter asking for the money or they are going to take legal action. Taking legal action on money we gave them to help us in are time of need.

At this point we block them from taking money out of account and called them again with the number given on letter still no call back. The letter that was sent out was not on letter head and their web site looks like something someone throught together.

I need help getting are money back. They took three months of money they said they to keep if we cancle wicth is total bull because they did not help use out one bit. I talk with all the creditors and work every thing out with them. Thanks
