Late fees for payments never received and higher monthly payment

I was transferred from Equicredit, who is now in court. They are saying that they never received my payments are now charging me high late fees and just recently they have raised my mortgage up by 80.00 dollars. They are a scam and should be put out of business immediately.!!!
