Ripoff This isnt a Game

I received a few calls from this United Collection Bureau company that adviced me that my account was in the PRE-LEGAL department and i read a rip off report about them lying so i didnt pay it any attention. I called the company anyways to make a payment arrangement and they denied me. They told me my account was way pass deliquent and they need the balance or i can settle the account for $25,625. I adviced them i didnt have the money and they told me Citi-Bank could take me to court or put a lien against my home. Two months later i got a summons notice to appear to court regarding the same account that i ignored. The judge did exactly what they told me could happen. They put a lien against my home making my mortgage payments extremly high. My home ended up going under foreclosure and I'm still paying on this judgement. I'm not sure if they can make reccomendations to Citi-Bank but I think they had alot to do with it.

Be careful when dealing with these companies because they will screw you in the end.
