Returned my Check even though there was enough money on the date of return and charged overdraft $35 ripoff

It was May 12 (Saturday) when I had seen my salary getting credited to my account in Bank of America. I withdrew $20 cash from the ATM in Middlesex and returned home happily to see that my mortgage check of 2976.77 had not been presented yet. Then on 15th I am shocked to see that Bank of AMerica had returned my mortgage check on 14th and charged an overdraft fee of $35. ALso they had made the entry of presentation oc check on 5/11 and my account went into negative balance.

My question is:
"If there was negative balance in my account on May 11th, then how could ATM of Bank of America allow me to withdraw cash on 12th Morning?"

What the Bank did is that they forged entry on 14th of May (Monday) stating that the check actually was received on 11th of May and returned the check on Monday May 14, but the money was already available on 12th. You can see the postings in detail below.

I AM LOOKING FOR A LAWYER as I want to sue the Bank for dishonest dealing which has adversely affected my credit score also because my Mortgage comapany shows me delinquent by one month.
