Refund Information EverPrivateCard Scam - take money out your account when you apply for a loan without your knowledge

Ever Private Card is a scam service that steals your information from loan websites. I signed up for a loan and after doing so Ever Private Card got my information claiming I clicked a radio button agreeing to a one time charge of $49.95 for their card. I am extremely careful when ordering online, so I know this is not true and they cannot give me any screen shots to prove their position. After calling my bank, I got a toll free number to call for a refund, but when you call that number, it gives you a website to go to for refunds or more information. They only communicate through an online chat room that tracks your computer's IP number so be very careful when dealing with them. I tried requesting a refund from them for several days, but all they do is explain that you must have clicked yes on their opt in/out radio buttons. They never addressed the question of a refund, but rather continuously stated that you have a card on hold, they can send you the IP address you were on when the service was ordered and everything is legally binding. I finally explained to them that I read the consumer complaints online and I have contacted my local authorities and my bank. Magically enough they finally gave me a website address to file for a refund and said they would send me out a check. I told them don't bother because at this point my bank is handling the situation.
