Income Fraud, Appraisal Fraud - I am a former employee inside information

I am a former employee of this company and was with them for about a year. With the way the market has changed in real estate, companies such as SB Financial need to be put into the spot light. While I was an employee there, managers routinely would do anything possible to get the loan done which included changing W2 income forms, 1099 income forms, creating false paystubs, creating false jobs (having a friend pretend to be a company for the employment verification) crooked CPA letters, fake rental agreements and the list goes on and on. They even had a copy of the ALAMODE software which is what appraisers use to create the appraisal report and if there was something "wrong" with the appraisal, they would simply edit out the "problem" from the report without the appraiser nor lenders knowledge.

The ultimate goal of this company was to line their pockets with as much money as possible and they did. Many of my former co-workers were making an average of $20,000 - $25,000 a month and some of the top people were bringing in nearly $50,000 a month and they achieved these numbers without the clients best interest in mind. I never made that kind of money as I looked out for all of my clients, I made an average of $5000 - $8000 a month legitimately helping my clients, but that was not enough for them.

Some lenders have started auditing the files and they have been caught and blacklisted by Argent and First NLC and I'm sure there are others that are heavily reviewing their files.
