Employee fraud, false loan information, inflated appraisal, false title RIPOFF

I was the seller on a property and Ameriquest Mortgage was the lender the buyer chose to do their loan, after the loan was completed the buyers complained that they were charged huge fees and high interest rates.

After reviewing the files it was noticed that the loan officers had altered income documents, showed the files as refinance, when they were in fact purchases and possibly inflated the appraisals.

Now Ameriquests has filed suit against me wanting me to pay back the loan that the buyers refuse to pay for.

I know they do this all the time in every state and I am looking for employees or borrowers who could support these claims or had this happen to them.
