Took 54.95 out of my account 08/03 Unauthorized Bank Reversed it Bowie Texas

I checked my bank account this morning. There was a check number for 9999. I clicked on it and it said 54.95 from EverPrivateCard. Everprivatecardservices.com I called my bank (open on sat. Mornings) and told them. This put me below my balance which charged a 30.00 fee. Bank told me companies like this will likely send it back again. I went to contacteverprivate.com and told them I did not authorize this and would be sending proof to the attorney generals office. I then told them I would report to scam sites. They site said it takes 24 hours for a response. I told them I was counting down 24 hours and if I ever see them try to take anything unauthorized out of my account I will file a lawsuit with the family lawyer which they will be required to pay lawyer fees, etc.

I got two calls the other day for credit card for a shopping catalogue. I told them to take me off their list. I wonder if this is them? I told them no on the phone and don't call again. I feel sorry if they try to mess with me again. I will claim time spent cleaning this mess up along with whatever else I can think of. I watched oprah the other day about scams. I will send their company this scam as well. I think dateline had a thing on scams I read - I will contact them as well.
