Digitalnow representative took first payment by phone for 42" plasma tv i never received. Was promised on several occasions delivery that i missed work to ensure someone was at home for delivery. Since then may my home has burned down. The company had the nerve to contact me about a delayed delivery due to "overwhelming response", to which i replied that there was no longer an address to deliver the tv to. At no time was i offered my money back but i did cancel the automatic withdrawals that were to be made from my bank account. Please put the word out this is the plasma tv ripoff!!!
