I, also, have experienced a terrible encounter using the rent return on my 2004 Lexus around Bank. I've usually rented automobiles previously and also have never had an issue with costs upon termination. The costs were as adopted: Used left tire-$237, Qtr Cell Reduction-$270, Absent Shipment Address-$813.62 (was in-vehicle when switched in), Used correct tire-$237-Spot on rear floor pad-$40-left-rear door scratch-$75-Rear Bumper scrtatch-$75-Mind lining spot-$75-right-rear door scratch-$75-quit 1/4 cell scratch-$246. After I named directly into issue these charges, I had been informed by an incredibly rude CSR called Kathy (1-866-250-3147) that I'd no option but to pay for these charges. After I requested to get a bill about the repairs, she explained it had been none of my company. I then proceeded to request her if this is the way she treats clients. I had been advised I had been not really a client. This is actually the " ROYAL SCAM".
