Four months of certified letters disputing fraudulent charges unresolved

I have been using the normal channels to try and remove fraudulent charges and PAYMENTS from my GE Money Bank Account. I send a letter after I receive each statement recounting the errors, this has been going on for 4 months!!! I send everything certified return receipt, I have followed all the rules to report the billing discrepancies, and they are way past the 90 day resolution period. I did get confirmation from the company on two of the letters, but not the first ones I sent. However I do have the certified return receipts on each letter. I'm not sure what else I can do except to file complaints at this point, phone calls have been useless. I am current with my payments, I have also closed my account so that no further purchases can be applied. They are adding interest charges that I am not responsible for, I hope to have this paid off in the next few weeks so I am anxious to get this resolved.
