OCWEN FEDERAL BANK
Ocwen bought my mortage from OOMC in March, a few weeks ago i recieved a certified letter from a law firm stating i was in default.
I never recieved one phone call, letter or even a statement from them. Payments were made before they were due, by money order, sent priority mail. Copies of payments were sent, not one dime was credited to my account. Ocwen refuses to send a payoff letter.
Certified letters have gone unanswered.
What is amazing is that this problem only started when Ocwen bought this mortgage. I have no idea at this point what charges is on this account. Calls to their law firm result in no action on their part whatsoever. I will not be intimated by a company that is tempting not only legal recourse but possible violations of Federal and State Banking Regulations.infalated charges, and a disregard for their clients. The ball is in their court, do right or, face severe legal and criminal charges.
