Dominian Law Associates - Aspire Bank Literally Screwed Me! Ripoff

Before coming to this site, I had fallen an innocent victim to Aspire Visa. Upon opening the accout, these jerks drained the account dry and tried to stick me with the bill. Like many of the other reports that I have read dealing with this issue, I lost count of how many reports there is on this site about the abuse that these creeps put people through, 390? Um, now make 391.

I have repeatedly told them that I did not have the resources to pay because I do not currently have a job. I have been turned down for jobs because these fat-cat yo-yos messed up my credit. Now, they are serving me with a lawsuit for $1010.48 8% costs.

Elizabeth Neu, in my opinion the most twisted attorney working for Midland Funding LLC. She has stated in her affidavit that she does not consider me "incapacitated person and I will provide evidence on the contrary with my attorney. I live in apartments owned and operated by MHA-NC, and in order to live there, you have to have a history of mental illness, by which I do. I am going to turn the tables somehow and not only get a dismissal, but I also plan to go after her and Midland Funding, LLC for harrassment, slander, punitive damages, and slander. If it is a fight that Midland Funding LLC and Dominian Law Associates want, it is a fight that they will get. I am even going to raise the stakes even higher, I am going to ask for arrangements for a Federally Appointed Lawyer through Pisgah Legal.

If they want to violate my rights under the FDCPA, I am ready to bring out the big guns... Roy Cooper, Attorney General, North Carolina, Alberto Gonzales or a representative of his, I am willing to gather dirt on them and bring it before a Federal Court. If you are considering a Class-Action lawsuit against crooked creditors, count me in!
