Invaded privacy, rude, frustrated

I have the same problem. This company bought out our mortgage as well and they harass us every month about our payment when we always send it on time. All companies give you a grace period until the 16th of the month. Other companies do not bother you until after that date. This one starts on the 2nd if they have not processed the payment.
