Ripoff usurious lender

Last year Cash Call is like a suitor. Will use flowery words to make you borrow money. Of course I am madly in need b/c of my medical condition.

After 3 months, my husband got disabled and I could not make a payment that month. I called them immediately and informed them about a month delay and a gentleman told and promised me that they could defer the loan for a month. Promised me that all I got to do is call the next day. That day came and they told me call the next day again. But you know what, they had been taking money from my bank which I told them there was none. Then they kept charging me interest. Now they told me I owed them for a lot of interest. I closed my bank so they stop taking money. I am religiously paying them via moneygram. From September up to now (present time) they harass me over the phone, work, home, office calling me like 6 times a day and even on Sundays from 7:00 A.M. Till 9:00pm. Then I told them: " one last call I will not pay you". They stopped. Then they send me a letter saying I have to sign that letter for the deferrement and I have to continue paying not until Sept but my balance is $2417.

I had been paying for 11 months for a $2600.00 loan and I still owe this much.

I understand their interest rate but I think this is USURIOUS. THIS should be punishable by law. Please advise. I need to talk to a lawyer. They should be punish for usury, harassment, threat!!!
