Deceptive billing ripoff

My wife and I recently noticed an item on my credit card statement from these people. It turns out that they had been billing us for months and neither of had any memory of doing business with them. We did find in my wife's email account some emails from them (but no indication that they were charging us).

They have a website where you sign up for a "free" service but buried in the details, you will get charged after one month.
I asked for a refund over the phone and they gave me a snail-mail address... Classy.
