CIC - Consumerinfo.com ripoff, they like to charge you for stuff you sign up for but never receive

I was doing a credit report online so when I gave them my card number and info they just said thanks and I did not receive anything online or by snail mail. I did a credit report for my wife using my credit card but they refused to give me any info. On her account, I can understand that but all I was wanting to know is if the account was still open or if I could close.

So since I used my credit card I thought I could find out. NOPE they could only talk to her. They charged me 79.95 for this crap, and I demanded to talk to a supervisor. Did that work nope. The women I talked to (DIANN #61831) refused to let me speak with a superviser but they are going to refund me 72.00 dollars of the 79.95 but with their stupidity, they caused me 20.00 dollars in overdraft expenses. When I asked them about that they just said sorry and thanked me for calling them. Phock them!
