Ripoff Harassed then Disappeared!

I recieved my credit card from Clout Visa back in August right before I started my freshman year of college. I thought it was great, though the interest was high, because I was able to purchase my books for school right away. I made several payments to this creditor until they disappeared. I tried to contact them to make payment arrangements after I got married but I could not get in contact with them. The phone number given for the company was disconnected. I am right now trying to clear any unwanted debts on my credit report but I cannot do this with out any contact info. Can someone please help me. Thanks.
