Ripoff business

I received a credit card offer in the mail for a limit of

5000.00 dollars which stated that if i was to send in a

45.00 payment for processing i would receive a platinuim

Card.

My bank records show that on august 5 my check was

Cashed.

The card i received was a catalog order only not a major

Credit card accepted world wide.

This add was misleading and now has 45.00 dollars and i

Have a catalog card. I would like to know the recourse on

This company returning my funds and i would gladly send

Them the card. Please assist me in the matter as soon as

Possible like they cashed the check.
