Falsified Escrow Shortages In Des Moines Iowa false, unscrupulous, usurous escrow charges

ASC claimed that i had underfunded my escrow due to lack of insurance and thus attempted to add $15,000 annually to my mortgage payments fopr insurance thewy purchased "on my behalf".in turn I provided proof of insurance in January which they acknowledged receiving in March but they have not yet adjusted my mortgage record. Thus they now document me as delinquent, because I have not paid the additionalo escrow which I refuse because I have insdurance.

In June I receeived yet anoither correspondence stating that I owe addtional monies for lack of insurance which I have provuided them. This is an ongoing dispute. My mortgage charges have increased $451.19 per month. This is unconscionable, usurous and threatens to wreck my otherwise very good credit rating.
