Ripoff i was charged 159.95 for someting i didn't sing up for and was told iam not eliglbe for a refund

They told me i signed up for a debit card when i didn't they took 159.95 from my bank account which i didn't authorize i asked for a refund on the same day it was taken and was told that they would cancall the order but i wasnt getting a refund i asked for asuperviser and was told i could'NT SPEAK TO ANYONE ELSE
