Credit reporting agency experian representative keeps changing personal information on my credit record ripoff

In January I requested a credit report for myself. I was told that I would have to send proof of residence. After doing so I was told every time I called there that I had to contact CARRIE AT 972-390-4016. I tried everytime I was near a phone. Because of a recent move I have not had a phone of my own. I have had to rely on friends until I get setteled in my final home. Eventually I was able to reach her personally but only after being persistant.

I did manage to get my account cleaned up but with another represeatative, After getting my account cleaned up, I contacted them again Eventually, I was able to reach her but only after being persistant. She rudely told me that If I left a number that she would call me back. Remember, that I have not had a phone and have been relying on my friends. She also informed me that she wouldn't make any changes on my account because I needed to send my personal information, again... The information that I HAD JUST SENT A COUPLE MONTHS EARLIER. She stated that the address on my account had been disputed. IT HAD NOT

I explained to her that I had not disputed the address. I also told her that the only thing that I needed done was that my late wife's name needed to be removed. She refused to do anything. Relunctantly, this turned into a shouting match. I told her that she no longer had my permision to enter my account and that I would be seeking help from another representative. I then phoned back and talked to a very nice lady who removed my wifes name. Later my friend received a message from Carrie stating that she has put a stop to the removal of my wife's name, and that she was contacting secuity and put an alert on my account so that all corespondence would have to be by mail. I checked my e credit account today to find my wife's name back on it and that she had added my friends phone number to MY account. I have filed several formal complaints about her. They are all being forwarded to her. She needs to realize that her job is to serve the customer. I am also requesting that she not be allowed access to my account at anytime. I am reqesting that my late wife's name be removed as it was by that nice lady. I am also requesting imediate removal of my friends phone number from my account. Today she refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I have phoned the corprate office so many times TRYING TO GET OMEONE TO INTER
