Harassed me time and time again at work

I've (had) consideration with americredit and had a delayed fee. I'd never overlooked spending my consideration and settled the late fees when overdue. Nonetheless they created an entire different tale once the ultimate cost arrived due plus they had included an enormous quantity of late fees towards the consideration.
