This Company is a Fraud and Rip-off

I received a phone call from a David Moore stating that I had been approved for a $10K loan. He stated that due to my credit history, I only qualified for a private loan investor. This person wanted the first six (6) months of payments up front or $990.00. This had to be paid first and the loan would be sent within 24 hours. On Saturday, June 18, I received a call from Solace Fundings customer service department stating that it was urgent that I return their call. I could not reach them on Saturday, but called first thing Monday morning. At that time I was told that the private lender had second thoughts and decided he wanted the loan paid for one year (another $990). I told him I do not have it and wanted my original money back. He (Gary Fisher) stated it would take 30 business days to refund my money. I became very upset and told him it did not take 30 days to get my money and I wanted it now.

The curious thing was that I decided to dig deeper into their company. I ran the address and found it was a CVS in Maine. Their is no Solace Funding in Maine. As a matter of fact, in searching I found another person who did the same thing and was now trying to get her money back.

Unfortunately, this was an expensive lesson for me. I hope others read this BEFORE sending anyone money.
