Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff victimized many consumers Stealing homes at an alarming rate THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!

Fairsbanks has been servicing my loan for 7 months now, and every day has been a living hell. They have lost payments, misapplied my payments, and have charged me for insurance that I already have. They keep sending me notices that I don't have insurance. To date I have sent them six copies, and I have even had my Insurance company fax them copies twice. To this date they still charge me for insurance.

I fell behined on my payments when the country shut down after 911, companies were cutting back because of the economy, and what had happen to this great country. I fell behined two months, and then the demand payment notices started showing up. The funny thing about the notices was that every time I received one, it had a different amount on it. They went from $1200. To $4000. Down to $1400. Back up to $2000. A clear indication that they don't know what the hell they are doing. So to get them off my back, I took money from my 401k to bring my loan up to date.

Two weeks later I get a demand for payment letter, they said the check came back NSF. How can a cashiers check be NSF? I called the bank, they said the check had been cashed. The bank even got on board and got the original check mailed back to me, with a read out that shows exactly what time it was cashed. I sent copies to Fairbanks - they sent me a letter saying thank you for the information and that it would take 60 day to look into the matter. My account still has not been credited.

But the demand letters kept coming, So then I got worried and sent them another large payment. To this day neither one of those checks were posted to my account. I asked for a payment history to see what was going on, they charged me $10.00 for that! And when I got it! Who in the hell could read it. I even had an accountant look at it. He said that if they kept records like that they'd be out of business, he couldn't even read it.

So now they are foreclosing on my home. They owe me credit for the insurance that they have been stealing from me every month, and they still owe me for those two large payments.

They are in the business of stealing homes from hard working Americans, It amazes me that the goverment lets people like that, do business here in this great country. And forget about an attorney, I haven't found one yet that is willing to take them on.
