Violating Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Ripoff

Some named Reuben Banks called looking for someone who does not reside at my address and stated that it was in regards to some correspondence he received. I know the person they were looking for and they have not lived her for over 7 years. They are obviously phishing for information and are disregarding the National Do Not Call Registry as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The caller Id was 469-521-0539 but the number they want you to call is a 800 number. My message machine cut them off before they got the whole number out.
