I called this collection agency on 01/17 at 4:10pm. To tell them that I was going to dispute this debt Causes this is first I had heard about this debt. Mr. Banks stated that I had no right to dispute this account cause this was related to a bank account that I had no rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Also Mr. Banks stated that he would not provide me any proof that I owe this debt. I have contacted the FTC and filed a formal complaint. I have sent a written request to provide me proof of this debt. The letter I received states that they reviewed financial records. The FTC told me what they are doing is illegal.
