Taken money out of my checking with out my permision mistreated and ripped off false promises Miami

July 22, I received a phone call from a company that claimed their name was "Capital First." They told me that they would send me a MasterCard if I would just pay a one-time fee of $29.95 for the shipping. I never received the card, and just yesterday they withdrew $200 from my checking account.

They have taken my SSN# my mothers maiden name my home address my work address and my phone # at home and at work. When I called them up and asked them why you taking out money from my checking account they replied as "You have told us we can". I told them, I have told you that, you can deduct only $29.95 with understanding that I get the card.

As you have told me I will receive it in 2 weeks, since I did not got anything from you I have called you few times and have demanded my full refund of $29.95 and to take me off your phone list.

They have never down this it all. The strange thing is that every time I call I am talking to the same person and she will not let me talk to any one else like I requested for a manager to talk to she keep insisting to say my SSN# newer let me talk to the manager.

I had to close my checking account yesterday 08/16/02. Which I had for over 13 years.

I filed a Police report against this company who go by a fake name claim that they are "Capital First", they located in FL phone # is 1-866-892-6018 They will get you name through the Net and then they call you offer you a good plan but yet they are fake.
