Ripoff corruption

I refinanced away from Fairbanks Capital Corp. Because of the abuses they tried to cause me and I knew in order for me to fight them with all my heart I had to get away from them. I am very involved with a web site that is directly aimed at putting Fairbanks out of business and any other loan servicer that wants to follow in their foot steps and it seems that I refinanced away from the evil owl of Fairbanks into the bottomless pit the "O" for Ocwen must represent.

First I got a letter from Ocwen telling me they were going to issue me Property Insurance since I did not have my own insurance. Wrong, I had insurance and I faxed over the insurance information I had and I also warned them not to play games with me because their name could and would become part of our web site. They accepted my documentation and that was that, oh by the way they were going to charge me over $1,500.00 for insurance that really cost me $400.00 for the year.

Now I receive a letter adviseing me I am Delinquent on my Property Taxes and this can put my loan in jeopardy. I admit I have not paid the first two quarters yet but the fact is I am not delinquent and I intend to pay my fair share.

My taxes can be paid in 1/4 payments or by the end of the tax year and ofcourse interest. OK so I'll pay the interest but the fact is already they want to put my loan into jeopardy. I have never been late paying my loan and I will pay my taxes but the screws have started. I wanted the taxes rolled into my mortgage payment but after all that I witnessed with borrowers escrow accounts being misused by FB I decided I would not trust that being carried out for me.

It's strange, I really thought since Ocwen came to the web site so many times to see what was happening they would have learned something from it. I guess not, I guess the greed is more important. To Ocwen I will say, sit back and watch what happens to FB and know your next. You messed with the wrong borrower. This is causing me so much stress and I have a very bad heart, I have been having chest pains since I received this letter.
