I do not wish to go too much into detail, for many others have already made all of the same statements about these companies that I could make. All except a few.:-)

These people seem to think that they are invincible. That is at least until Startup Essentials was stripped of their BBB membership. I am not sure why these people DO NOT cover their bases any better than they do.

In response to my complaint to the BBB about Startup Essentials, John D. Brutsche' stated that I was approved for the program on October 5. Being the pack-rat that I am, I saved the UPS QuantumView delivery confirmation email that states the product was sent out via UPS Next Day Air from James One Inc. (Not Startup Essentials or A-1 Leasing), and recieved on October 4, one day before I was approved for the program. Which means they sent the package 2 days before I was approved for the program.

I have numerous saved e-mails to and from John D. Brutsche' and Julie Meeks of Startup Essentials, as well as a couple of recorded phone conversations between myself and Lori McCall of A-1 Leasing.

On the ever-clouded topic of Leasebreaker.org:
When this scam first hit me, we were using my wifes e-mail addess. It is the only time ever in the 5 years my wife has had that e-mail address that I have chosen to list her address as a way to contact me. Never before Startup Essentials has anyone ever sent ME e-mail to that address. It was only just after my canceling the debits from my checking account, and sending several e-mails from MY e-mail address, that I received an e-mail sent to MY name at my wifes address from Leasebreaker.org. You can make your own assumptions, I have made mine.

I could go on and on forever about the things I have gone through in the past nine months, but as I have said, many others have already posted most of the same statements I could make. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to respond.

These people are preying on people like us. They think that we are stupid, and that we will just roll over and let hack away at our soft underbellies, that our starvation from lower to mid-level incomes will allow them to pluck our last pennies from our hands. Sure we have a vision of how we want our lives to be, and that makes it hard to say no to an opportunity that these criminals make seem so inviting. It is now time to fight back, HARD!!!

These people will never get another penny from me, and I will be doing my best to see that they never get a penny from anyone else starting bright and early Monday morning, at which time I will be dedicating most of my free time to bringing these people down for good!!!
