On Friday June 15, when I went to check my bank account to be sure my direct deposit posted I noticed a overdraft fee for 35 for item # 09999 in the amount of 54.95. I immediately called my bank b/c I knew I never wrote a check for that amount to anyone.

As soon as I mentioned the activity on my account the representative knew exactly which company I was talking about. She said it has happened to alot of the customers at the bank and gave the number and information to call. I called the # and got a recording and I was told to request a refund via online at contacteverprivatecard.com, which is what I did.

I was given this long # to reference back and was told I would receive confirmation of my request being submitted. I was also told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive my money back.

I checked my account today and noticed that a check actually went through and posted to my account but caused me to have 150 in overdraft fees b/c that money took away from things I had already made purchases for so now I have all these fees as well as the amount of $ 54.95.

I am mad at my bank for allowing this company to continue getting through to people accounts and causing all these problems especially when they already know this company is a fraud. I tried to contact Ever Private Card directly and was told I have file the complaint online. I feel I am going to keep getting periodic drafts from this company and my bank isnt going to do anything about it.
