Harrassing & Threatening Phone Calls

I received a phone call this past week telling me that I was being sued for an old loan that was not paid. When I asked about the loan they told me that I owe a little over $4000 because of Attorney fees and that It had to be taken care of immediately. I told them I didn't owe anything and I wouldn't pay anything.

At that time Justin Mclain got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that he could get his client to settle for $2000 because they were such good friends, but I need to give him my bank acct information to secure a payment. I told him that there was no way that was going to happen and that I needed some information from them on the loan that they say I owe. He began to get rude saying they are going to sue me because I was a no good so and so that doesn't pay their bills and became very aggressive. Then he turns a 180 and tries to be nice and talk me into giving him my bank acct information again. He refused to give me any information about the loan he claims that I owe and tells me that they have sent letters in the mail (totally a lie).

I was mad as hell when I got off the phone with this person, so I tried to get some information about his company, Law Offices of Donald S. Burak, off the computer. When I googled the company the first thing that came up was 2 RipOff reports and different sites showing this company as a dishonest collection company ripping people off & they have lawsuits against them in Texas.
