Harrassment Ripoff

I recently got a new phone number through my cable company. These people keep calling for the people that had the number before me, and tell me that they don't believe me!

I just had one tell me that I would have to prove to them that I'm not the person they are calling for or they will keep calling. They are very rude and refuse to put a supervisor on the phone.
