Dishonest rude employees harrassment

I have been receiving phone calls from NCO Financial for a person who used to have my telephone number. It has been my phone number for approximately 2 and 1/2 yers. NCO Financial has been calling my number for approximatley 2 years and asking for Ralph (I will not put his last name). I have informed them numerous times that I do not know him and that this is no longer his number.

I have also requested dozens of times that they remove my number from their databases and to quit calling me. Some of their people just hang up on me when I tell them I am not Ralph. Others tell me that they do not have to quit calling me. Others even get rude and say stuff like "I know you are Ralph and you are just lying to us because you don't want to pay your bills".

Today I informed them that I was reporting them to the BBB and to the FCC. The person from NCO who called me today "Jerrmy Wright" said that I could not file a complaint against them, laughed and hung up. I am sick of their numerous calls. I get 5 or 6 a day from them.
