Cash Call
Unfair company that misrepresented themselves, the began to treat me as if I was less than human

I fell into a financial hardship and turned to CashCall for a loan. They approved my loan, and it was the WORST decision I have ever made! I was injured on my job and fell behind in my payments. That was the last straw for CashCall.

The calls began, and I was told by a representative to "not ignore them. They will only get worst." It got to the point that I was recieving 12-13 calls a day (both home and cell totaling 24-26 calls), each one more threatening than the previous.

I was told by one rep that I could qualify for a deferrment, but when I called back to inquire about it, I was told that I no longer qualified. I was told, "When that representative offered you that option, maybe it was available, but now it's not. They change the qualifications all the time."

I finally qualified for a deferrment, but life happens, and I am still not at work, due to my injury. Not only have the calls, emails and messages gotten nastier, but, I was told by the last representative to "stop acting like a child and make my payment."

I informed him that he was very rude and he said he was not rude, he was "direct" and that all it seemed like was I was trying to buy time. I have tried to go to different companies to consolidate my bills, but no one works with them, and as I was told by them, they work with NO ONE.

I am not trying to get away from my financial obligation, I am looking for a way to pay them off, along with my other bills, considering my present situation, but they still talk to and treat me like I am less than a human being. Just say no to cashcall!!!
