Fraudulent foreclosure information put on credit report. They charged me ins. Even tho i proved i had ins. On the house

I was sold to Fairbanks capital in 1998. Because they would not post my payments i felt forced into bankruptcy in 2001. The home was included in the bankruptcy and given back to them in 2002. Now, Select portfolio... Formally Fairbanks capital, is reporting that they foreclosed on the house in 2006. I have bought a new home, 2 years ago, and now it's time to refinance but i've found that this foreclosure is listed just a year ago. My mortgage broker as well as myself have faxed them the paperwork from the judge where the house was given back in 2002. We sent them the paperwork where the house was sold on the courhouse steps in early 2003. They basically have no response, they keep saying they haven't received anything. I am having a hard time getting this taken care of with the credit bureaus. One of the bureaus did update it quickly, showing it included in the b/r of 2001 but the others are not so quick.

This company charged me insurance on that home even tho i proved that i had insurance on the home the entire time i owned it. When i called them to ask about it the man i spoke to told me ""oh well, you owed us money an we are keeping it" when i explained that was illegal he said "oh well, do something about it".

I am at a loss as to what to do. With that foreclosure showing up as 2006 it is affecting my ability to get a good mortgage for my refinance. I've worked hard cleaning my credit since the bankruptcy and now i'm having to try to figure out how to deal with this issue. If you can help then please let me know.
