Processed application after told not to

My wife, after feeling pressured by three sales people caved and filled out an application for Innovative, within an hour she realized that this was a mistake and called their office and cancelled the application and was assured that it would not be processed. One month later a charge appeared on our account and I filed a fraud charge with our bank. We had to change our account to prevent any further charges. We got a collections letter from them today for 342.50. They have never provided ANY service of any kind to us in any form.

I would like to hear from any one in our area with similar complaints as I am planning to pursue legal action.
