An Intuit Company representative lied about monthly charges

I also have been misled (lied to) by an Innovative Merchant Solutions, LLC representative. The representative said to keep our old merchant company and if we did not save as much money as she promised, just change back no strings attached.
I have contacted Innovative Merchant Solutions every day for 3 weeks trying to work with their company. They do not care. They want to charge me a termination fee.
They make their money on being dishonest. The sales Rep. Can not speak the truth for telling lies.
