Unauthorized access of checking account. A substitute check for $59.95 was sent to my bank stamped No signature required. Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

This company accessed my checking account without authorization. Personal purchases I make online, are always with a credit card, so their use of a substitute check alerted me to the illegal access. When contacted, the customer service rep stated I gave them permission by filling out a loan application online. When asked if they get a lot of compliants from people who say they did not authorize a bank draft, he stated 'Yes'.
I don't recall seeing their advertisement for fee based services. It could have been in fine print on one of the applications I submitted. Even if that is so, there should have been a purchase confirmation, an email notification of the purchase or a receipt for the purchase. None of these were provided by Ever Private.
To obtain a refund the company requires that you go to a website that so far I am not able to access. I informed the customer service rep of my intent to report the company to the BBB, to which there was no rebuttal or comment.
