We over paided and call they said they were holding 1000. Oo to paid providian and the didn't now can't get them Az

We started palying jubilee, and they move to risk management. We call risk management cause we found out we over paid, they said everything was paid but providian and they wer holding 1000.00 dollars out until they settled.

But now providian is calling for there money, and we tryed to call rmp and it is busy all the time so we called the (411) for a phone number and they said there isn't any place like that. Could you help
