Trickery to charge fees Salinas California

I got two cards with Orchard Bank and they use trickery to get outrageous fees out of me the customer, I had $14.00 credit left on my card and checked there web site to confirm this, knowing that I had this much credit and my next min payment was due in 30 days I spent $4.00

The next day I was ELEVEN CENTS over the limit how could that be, the web site normally has pending charges every time I use the card so I know were I
stand. NOT THIS TIME no record to go by my record of this was not there.

Next I was charged an overlimit charge of $30.00

The month before the same thing happened and I paid close to $300.00 in fees on both cars, when I called they said that I did not watch my account close enough, so I watched my account very close this time and sure enough they GOT ME, it seems they have a random fee they can pop in there to get you overlimit they have several ways to get you overlimit. And thats were they make the MONEY.

I am going to pay them there $300.00 and close this account, after reading the horror stories at this web site that may be very costly from what I have read NEW FEES to close the account could arise, information may be lost, who knows. I will get sued

All I can say dont deal with Orchard BAnk
