(b.W. Lancett Mortage Consultant ripoff Charging my bank card after asking him not to. Over $1000.00

I was looking for a home. New to Carolina from California. My first home because I and my wife could not afford to buy one in California. I called Elaine at Walkalloveryou and she referred me to Barry. He called on the 8th of May and faxed me over some papers to sign to start a loan approval. Basically to check my credit report and charged for a float down fee, (in a climbing interest market) over $1000.00 I was asked to pay. I'm new and not schooled in this game they play. I signed and faxed to him the okay to check my credit. I didn't know what I was getting myself into that night.
I told my wife what I did the next morning (she is in California packing up to move out here).

Some medical issues came up that night (May 8th)
and so I email Barry the next day (May 9th) and told him NOT to chagre my visa card. My realtor also called him and advised him of the same. I needed to hold off and shop around now. I emailed him several times (cc: my realtor) making sure everone got my emails. I did not want my card charged and made it clear to him (Barry). Well on May 23 I was charged over $1000.00. He did not pay any attention to what I wanted or what my realtor asked him to do. I have emailed him, called his branch manager, his partner, but no response. You should read the email he sent my realtor (he sent it to me too for some reason). I was shoked by what he said... As a professional.

I, as a consumer should have not read that coming from someone who wanted to do buisness with me. I believe he "took the money and ran".
Will I ever hear from Walkalloveryou?
I have an account also with Walkalloveryou. They held a check on me that I wrote, but they collected the funds on the check I deposited in there bank. How am I suppose to buy a home with this going on? It bounced. It was a good-faith check to my realtor. They were very understanding thank God!
I asked Barry for a Good-Faith Quote May 9th also... To compare. Never got one. But he got my money. Maybe good will come of this.
Please say a prayer for my wife tonight. She is having surgery in the morning.
