I bought a boat in nov and i have been mailing my checks to sst. First they started calling me saying they had not recived checks two days after the due date calling me and my work ten times a day. After put a stop to that i asked for a pay off i could not beleive it. I finaced 17900 dollars and after 16 months i owed 17900 still. I called for a copy of what i had payed and my cotract. I never recived it so i rported them to the bbb.

In april in march 14th i recived a phone call from sst telling me i was 32 days late. I had over nighted a check on the 30th of april. They said thay did not get it. I called the us post office and found that they had so i ha the post office call them and also i had another mailed on the 15th of may. It never made it they said but the post office said they had sighned for it too. But no one has cashed the money orders but they did get them. I sent sst and the post office did to copies of the money orders and the over night mail recits but they want a copy of the money order front and back but as i have told them and the post office if no one cashes it we cant.

They finaly sent me a copy of my contract but you cant make it out and now they or going to put thi on my credit. I have never been over 30 days late in my life and seen such a crooked company that holds peoples check to charge them intrest. Someone should file a law suite they take advantge off people and lie to them. I have all my recites. They also try to make you look like a dead beat when they talk to you on the phone.

I singed for medallion bank to get the money not sst. I would have looked them up with the bbb if i had known this and changed my mined when i saw the report. This is just too hard to beleive that they lost two of my checks after i reported them to the bbb. They are you modern day loan shark. Do not let them get you with the dayley intrest that medallion bank says they are not charging
