Promised loan of $9,000 i have to send eight hundred, talk to them and still say everythings ok ripoff

I filled out many loans online and this one came back to me saying i was approved they were called Resource Financial Corporation. All i have to do is send $800.00 usd to them and i will get my loan money. The money is for insurance. Just in case i get sick or can't pay the loan back liked promised. I asked where the lender was from and they said canada, so i contacted the bbb from mn they said that there was a company called financial resource corporation at the address i gave them. But that they only have a fax number so i contact the banking commission from mn. They have no record of them so were do you go to find out what kind of company this is.
