Dishonest fraudulent billing, scam artists ripoff

I went to the ATM to withdraw from my account and my card came back saying I couldn't use it, so I decide to go into the bank to find out why. The teller says that my account went into the negatives because of a company called USA Credit making a withdrawal from my account.

The weird thing is that I have never applied online or over the phone for any credit cards or services. This company had my account number and the bank routing number. My bank said they can only get my money back for 60 days from 5/14/07.

This account of mine was just for ATM withdrawls, I don't write checks or charge my card on this account. This account is just for groceries.

This company took 149.95 out of my account in June then every month there after they took 9.95. Of course I never noticed and I had no reason to check my statements because I know how much I withdraw from my account.

I noticed it when my card was rejected. My bank says there is nothing I can do, I am a disabled veteran and really can't afford to not get my money back. Overall this company has depleated my account by 617.28. I don't know what else to do to get my money back.
