They overextended my credit, they lied on a liar loan, now want to foreclose I am a disabled widow Elmhurst

I have TWO mortgages with Beneficial plus a non secured loan. After getting the first mortgage they would call me asking if I needed any more money. I trusted them not to overextend my ability to pay them or my other bills. I was a fool and they are liars.

I am a disabled widow living on SSD and a small annuity. I have adopted two grandsons and they each receive a small check monthly on my SS account. Sadly, my home was paid in full upon my husband's death in 2001 and now Beneficial is planning to foreclose on me.

I got behind due to an emergency situation and with limited income and no way to work due to medical problems I found myself in a jam. It was then that I realized that the three payments to Beneficial each month were $900. Of my $2075. Monthly net income.

I have found in dealing with them that none of their right hands know what the left hands are doing and calls to them do nothing. I was told by a Mr Slater that he would work this all out so that I could handle the payments and not to do anything until I heard from him. Since then I have received the "foreclosure review" notice and have left messages for Mr Slater with no call back.

I did find out in one of the phone calls I received from one of their collector reps that they had me down as having more income then I do. I was honest when I went in with my financial statements and did not state any income that I did not have proof of in writing. So who "fixed" my income to meet ability I did not have???

According to what I have been told by their collection dept. They are the most important bills to be paid. Forget lights or water or even food for my children let alone medication. Beneficail is NOT beneficial to any one other then themselves.
