I got a loan from beneficial 2005 may pay off was 2010 april 5 years they say i missed 10 payments so they suposely deferred my payments to the end of my account which i did not agree on, but i asked to see my accounts in which they i did not pay. As i revied there statements i found i had paid and sent them bank statements but they still send me bills saying i owe them. Note i never agreed to a defredpayment anyway but no response from them.
