First Premier Bank, Arrow Financial Deshonest fraudulent billing and reporting Ripoff

First Premier Bank sold accounts of lost cards (that we reported and they did nothing) to Arrow Financial who never contacted us but sends negative reports to credit reporting agencies. And have been major reason for bad credit reports. And have ruined my credit. I want this removed from credit.
