Ripoff Fraudulent Billing After Cancellation ripoff

I agreed to the terms of service over a year ago and turned around and cancelled during the allowed grace period. About a month ago I received a letter from CCA stating that they were going to automatically renew my services and charge my account.

I immediately called them and stated that I had cancelled almost a year ago, that I did not want their service and no longer had possession of their cards, etc... They then went on to tell me that I had to mail them something stating "in writing" that I did not want their services to continue.

I did this and now a month later, my checking account is being charged 2 - $99.99 charges and 1 - $99.00 charge. I am now having to go through my bank for these as an unauthorized transaction. Has anyone else had this problem?
