Lied to me to get me to get their card i think they steal peoples money ripoff

They told me that their card could be used anywhere and that i could get a with draw from it. But when they sent it you had to order from their catalog and send money with it 35% to order. I didnt want a card. You could only order from a catalog.

I am on ssi and cant afford to lose 250.00 dollars. So i called them. They told me to send them a statement on why i didnt want their card. So i did. They told me i would get my money back in 30 days. Its been 2 months so i called them back. Then they said i couldnt. I had to use it or lose it.
